GOTOVIAR XeeXR
What you see via your VR headset, someone else sees too, in real time.
Everything you see via the VR headset is instantly streamed to someone at a distance. To a computer, tablet, smartphone, or even another VR headset. They watch along with you in real time, hear you via voice, and can guide you instantly, right when it’s needed.
But it goes beyond just watching.
The XeeXR remote assistant can also share their own screen. That information appears in the VR headset as an extra layer in your field of view, like diagrams, instructions, software guidance, or live images. You don’t need to hold or operate anything. You just look and work. Hands-free, always.
And the best part: it all works through the browser.
No software or app is needed on the receiving side. No installation, no hassle. One link is all it takes.
Thanks to our fully self-developed technology, it runs smoothly, fast and securely, exactly the way you need it to.
Stay focused, while passthrough keeps the real world in view. Full freedom of movement, with real-time remotely support, whenever, and wherever you need it.
XeeXR Remotely Support, right in your VR headset.
No delay. No limitations.
In Practice
exactly when it matters
A VR headset tracks the user’s field of view. What they see, you see too, not roughly, but precisely, and in real time.
Unlike a mobile device, there’s nothing to hold or aim. The user keeps both hands free and stays fully focused on the task. You watch along in real time as if you’re right there beside them. As if their eyes are your eyes.
With our XeeXR solution, you guide others remotely. Everything runs through the browser.
No software, no installation, no technical setup.
You speak with each other, follow every step, give live guidance, and display additional information directly in the user’s field of view, clear, visual, and without interruptions.
Real-World Applications
Technical Support
A technician is facing a malfunction. You watch along, give targeted instructions, and display schematics or visuals in their VR headset’s field of view. Fast, efficient, and without the need to travel.
Maintenance and Inspections
The user performs a check. You follow their movements, provide step-by-step guidance, and highlight key points. Everything is visible, without them having to hold or operate anything.
Healthcare and Assistance
A nurse is at the patient’s bedside. As a doctor, you watch remotely, give instructions, and display medical information on screen. This way, you offer support without disrupting care.
Training and Instruction
A trainee is completing a training session. You watch remotely via your screen, see exactly what they see, and give real-time guidance through voice. Effective training, no need to be on-site.
Sales and Consultation
A customer explores a product at home. You see exactly what they see, explain via voice, and show extra info or options directly in their field of view. Clear and persuasive.
Recording and Analysis
Record sessions for documentation, evaluation, quality control, or AI-based analysis. Ideal for improving processes, training, or reporting.
What Makes XeeXR Unique

How It Works
technical barriers

The VR Headset User
Current Streaming in VR Headsets
Most VR headsets offer a built-in casting feature that streams to a device on the same network, like a TV, laptop, or phone. But this feature is limited: it only works locally, allows no interaction, and is one-way only.
GOTOVIAR’s XeeXR Works Differently
Our XeeXR technology streams what the user sees via the VR headset in real time to any device with an internet connection, laptop, desktop, tablet, smartphone, or even another VR headset. Everything runs through the browser, after a one-time app installation on the headset.
How XeeXR Works
The user starts the connection whenever they choose, whether to share their view or request remotely support.
During the session, there’s direct communication between the headset and the viewer. You talk via voice and watch along at the same time.
The viewer can also share their own screen, which appears as a visual overlay in the user’s field of view. This allows you to add diagrams, instructions, or other visuals while the user continues working, hands-free.
Restricting the VR Headset
The VR headset can be configured as a viewing-only device. External apps are blocked, allowing the VR headset to function purely as a streaming tool for camera and voice. This setup is ideal for healthcare or maintenance environments, where hands-free operation is essential and distractions must be minimized.
By applying these restrictions, you ensure the headset is used solely for its intended XeeXR purpose, not for entertainment, keeping users focused on the task at hand.
The Viewer on Desktop or Mobile
The viewer receives a link and opens it directly in their browser. This can be on a laptop, desktop, tablet, smartphone, or even in the browser of another VR-headset.
Once the connection is active, the viewer sees in real time exactly what the user in the VR headset sees.
There’s a direct voice connection, so you can easily communicate. You hear what the user says, and can respond immediately, provide guidance, or offer live remotely support.
Screen Sharing
As the viewer, you can also share your own screen. That information appears as a visual layer in the VR headset user’s field of view, such as technical diagrams, step-by-step instructions, visuals, or even a live presentation.
The user keeps their hands free, stays focused in the experience, and sees exactly what they need, without interruption. Meanwhile, you remain fully engaged in what’s happening.
Everything runs through the browser. No installation, no software, no technical barriers.
One click, and you’re remotely connected.
